Dragon Security were invited to design a discreet internal CCTV system to enhance the security of the retail space.
The solution was carefully planned to remain unobtrusive while providing staff with improved visibility and ensuring continuous surveillance of the shop.
Dragon Security designed, supplied and installed a state-of-the-art IP CCTV system tailored to the client’s needs. Three 4-megapixel IP cameras were fitted internally in the retail space, providing full coverage. The system was integrated at the edge of the client’s network, enabling secure remote viewing via a dedicated app.
I was very impressed with the speed of the initial survey and quotation, which carefully considered our requirements, particularly how cables would be run and hidden in an existing trading space. The shop was evaluated in detail, with clear explanations provided on the recommended camera placements and system design.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I felt completely comfortable asking as many questions as needed before making a decision. There was no pressure, no rushed sales approach, and no hidden costs.
The installation was scheduled within a couple of weeks and carried out professionally and efficiently, with minimal disruption. The work was completed cleanly within a single day and we were given clear, practical guidance on how to operate the system.
