Hoveton & Wroxham Medical Centre is a dispensing GP practice providing high quality health care for its 10,000+ patients. They are a teaching practice for UEA medical students and host/supervise junior doctors on their journey towards becoming fully qualified GPs. The practice also actively takes part in research studies.
Dragon Security have designed, supplied, installed and maintained Security systems including Intruder / Panic alarms, CCTV and Access control systems for the Medical Centre since it was newly built in 2003 until present day. Providing a deterrent for criminal activity and anti social behaviour and safeguarding for staff.
Very recently Dragon Security Systems designed, supplied and installed an upgrade to their existing Intruder alarm system, to give compatibility for the imminent analogue to digital changeover of telephone lines and future proofing.
We recently installed a new upgraded Intruder and Hold Up alarm system to replace the now obsolete existing ‘ID’ system which included new control equipment, keypads, external sounders, proximity fobs remote monitoring and cloud connectivity to future proof the system but ultimately give a better user experience and allow us to give a better customer service.
We have found working with Dragon a delight. They worked smoothly with us around a quote (of which we had requested a number of changes).
The options put forward to us by Dragon were very useful and a good rationale was given for the work required.
When the work came to be completed, this ran very smoothly and the workers were all very professional with minimal disruption during busy primary care clinics.
We are delighted with the product which is a much better product than what we previously had in place.
